Tamworth Spartans, has, working with Volleyball England, been able to establish a series of satellite clubs at local schools and colleges. These clubs see Spartans coaches help to get the clubs up-and-running, equipping coaches within the institution with the skills needed to keep the club going. Young people from the institution concerned can then sign up to sessions to understand more about volleyball and try it out. We organise regular matches between our Junior Academy and the satellite club teams, and there is a clear pathway into the Academy for all students from the stellite club.
