Tamworth Spartans' popular adult beginners' course will return on Sunday 23 October for its 2016/17 run.

​

The course, over ten weeks, is aimed at giving adult beginners the skills they will need to go onto a squad session and to try out for a squad. The course is led by fully qualified coaches, and will cover the basics of both individual skills and the game itself.

​

The course costs £35 for the full ten weeks, and places are limited at 12 people.

​

The sessions will take place on Sundays from 7.45pm - 9pm at Rawlett Leisure Centre.
